The organisers make every effort to take reasonable precautions during the Around Guernsey Walk to ensure
that participants are treated in a safe and secure manner.
However it is not possible for the organisers to take responsibility for your well being.
Please note that if you do not check in at all checkpoints correctly it can be a labour intensive exercise for the
organisers.
The organisers endeavour to make the Walk as safe as possible and do have both safety and emergency procedures but
anyone participating in this event does so at their own risk.
The organisers therefore give notice that neither they nor the owners of any property or land on or adjacent to the
walk will take any responsibility for any loss of or damage to any property or injury to or death of any person whether
caused by a negligent act, omission or wilful misconduct.
For the purposes of this notice the “organisers” includes (without limitation) the officers and members of the
Rotary Club of Guernsey and Rotary Guernesiais and the officers and employees of Itex (Guernsey) Limited.
