Have you started training yet? We need your feedback please!
As you get underway with your training programme and take to the cliff paths we would appreciate your help.
States Works do a fantastic job tending the paths and this year’s annual cut will start on 2 May once we have enjoyed the first array of spring flowers. The cut is scheduled over a 3 month programme and therefore won’t be complete before the big day on 9 June – but if you come across any particularly overgrown areas where vegetation is overhanging around a third of the path, please let us know by emailing walk@itex.gg or calling us on 710881.
A Perry’s Guide reference to the area of concern and references to any landmark would be very useful.
The cliff paths are managed by the Environment Department which has kindly agreed to try to prioritise cutting of any problematic sections of the cliff paths as far as is possible in the limited time available.
